BINA, the Business Unit for Bintang Toedjoe's Natural Innovation, designed the Red Ginger State ecosystem, focusing on providing natural raw materials for the B2B segment. This ecosystem was established as part of the company's efforts to support the self-sufficiency of herbal-based raw materials for medicines. The seven pillars of “Negeri Jahe Merah” ecosystem include red ginger nursery, red ginger cultivation, red ginger harvest, post-harvest, extraction or distillation, pharmacology, commercialization, and community development. Due to its role, PT Bintang Toedjoe received the "Indonesia’s Best Corporate Sustainability Initiatives" award at the CSI Award 2022. Truly an outstanding achievement!
