PT Bintang Toedjoe consistently provides full support and encourages employees to participate in both national and international innovation events. One of the national events that PT Bintang Toedjoe regularly participates in is  Temu Karya Mutu Nasional (TKMPN) organized by WKM (Wahana Kendali Mutu). In 2020, PT Bintang Toedjoe sent several representatives to participate in this event : QCC Karuhun, QCI Yudi, and QIC Voppy. Despite being conducted by  online, this did not dampen the participants' spirits to deliver their best performance at the event. And as a result, PT Bintang Toedjoe received awards in three different categories: QCC Karuhun received the Platinum award, the QCI Yudi team received Platinum and Best Presenter, and QIC Voppy also received the Platinum award.
