Brand Associate Manager


Responsible for executing STP strategies to strengthen brand presence and grow brand equity. Ensures product availability and timely distribution based on branch needs. Oversees ATL campaigns with clear and creative messaging, executes BTL initiatives to enhance consumer engagement, and maintains brand documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing; prior brand management experience is highly preferred.
- Background in FMCG, with direct exposure to RTD (Ready-To-Drink) products is a strong advantage.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Implement STP strategies to support brand positioning, portfolio development, and equity growth.
- Monitor product availability and ensure timely distribution based on branch demand.
- Lead Above The Line (ATL) campaigns with clear, creative communication strategies.
