As an Engineering Supervisor, you will lead the engineering team to ensure smooth operations and project execution in a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for maintaining machine reliability, driving continuous improvement, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role also involves developing team members and requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or other related Engineering major.
- Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing engineering or maintenance (1+ years in a supervisory role).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of TPM, CPOB, CPOTB, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination.
- Proactive, hands-on, and committed to achieving operational excellence and machine reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise engineering team to ensure smooth execution of operations and projects.
- Develop and implement engineering best practices and improvement initiatives.
- Plan and monitor preventive & corrective maintenance for all machines.
- Coordinate with spare part, planning, and other cross function teams to secure operational readiness.
- Evaluate machine performance and ensure optimal reliability and availability.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Guide, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance excellence.
