Maintenance Technician

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of production equipment through maintenance, repair, and monitoring activities. This role analyzes recurring technical issues, implements preventive measures to minimize downtime, and recommends cost-effective improvements in work methods and material selection.

• Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience as a Technician in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CAD, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, PLC, pneumatic systems, low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems, and mechanical equipment.

• Monitor, maintain, and repair production equipment to ensure optimal operational performance.
• Analyze recurring technical issues and propose corrective and preventive action plans.
• Recommend more efficient work methods and material selections to optimize operational costs.
