Responsible for product packaging activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting smooth production operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience.
- Experience as a packer in Pharmaceutical/FMCG industry is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and a team player.
- Willing to be assigned across manufacturing areas.
Responsibilities:
- Perform product packaging in accordance with company standards.
- Operate basic machinery and assist production operators.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and raise repair requests.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with procedures.
- Handle receiving and dispatch of goods, including inspection.
- Perform data entry and manage production records in the system.
