About this job

Responsible for designing and implementing effective digital activation strategies, from planning to post-campaign evaluation. Ensures all digital activities and events align with brand objectives, are budget-efficient, and deliver relevant and engaging content across various digital platforms.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience in an agency or creative industry is a strong advantage.
  • A mind full of fresh, bold ideas, and the execution power to match.
  • Agile and adaptable — you thrive in fast-moving, ever-changing environments.
  • A proactive initiator who takes initiative and ownership.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when juggling timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the strategic orchestrator of digital activation strategies — from brainstorming to post-campaign wrap-ups.
  • Oversee event visits and ensure activations align with brand experience goals.
  • Monitor budgets and campaign effectiveness to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with brand teams to align strategies with target goals and timelines.
  • Supervise and track the performance of ongoing digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate and oversee event organizers (EOs) programs.
  • Ensure digital content remains relevant, engaging, and effective across all platforms.
