About this job
Responsible for executing daily production processes, including machine operation, quality control, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum SMK (Vocational High School) in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Open for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a team.
- Willing to be assigned to any manufacturing site within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and perform basic maintenance of production machines.
- Conduct in-process control to ensure product quality.
- Record and document production activities and inspection results.
- Follow QSHE5R standards and safety procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
