UNITED IN KINDNESS: Together with Rohis of PT Bintang Toedjoe, Employees Collaboratively Renovate Mushola Al-Intisyaar in Cikarang

Cikarang, January 25, 2026 – Rohis of PT Bintang Toedjoe, under the coordination of B7RU (B7 Rumahku), organized a social service initiative in the form of renovating Mushola Al-Intisyaar, located in the Cicau area, Cikarang Pusat, on January 24–25, 2026. Carrying the theme “United in Kindness,” the activity served as a manifestation of social responsibility while strengthening synergy and togetherness among employees.

B7RU (B7 Rumahku) is an employee association and communication forum between management and employee representatives at PT Bintang Toedjoe Site Cikarang. The forum plays a role in fostering harmonious communication and encouraging solid collaboration within the company.

The renovation of Mushola Al-Intisyaar is part of the annual social service program organized by Rohis of PT Bintang Toedjoe, carried out in the spirit of mutual cooperation (gotong royong). The activity involved employees from various departments working together with local residents, who voluntarily contributed to improving the prayer facility so that it can be used more comfortably by the surrounding community.

The entire renovation process was supported through an open donation drive collected from employees of PT Bintang Toedjoe as a form of voluntary contribution and shared concern. Employee participation in the fundraising initiative reflects a strong spirit of giving and a commitment to delivering sustainable benefits to the community around the company.

Edi Sopandi from the Production Department of PT Bintang Toedjoe Site Cikarang stated that the activity not only focused on physical improvements to the building but also held strategic value in strengthening internal unity.

“This mosque renovation serves as a platform for cross-department collaboration that reinforces synergy among employees. In addition to generating a positive impact on the surrounding community, the activity also fosters a sense of togetherness that ultimately supports improved company performance,” said Edi.

Rohis of PT Bintang Toedjoe consistently carries out various programs aimed at strengthening employees’ spiritual values and sense of togetherness, including regular religious study sessions, the One Week One Juz program, iftar gatherings during Ramadan, and annual social service activities. Through these initiatives, Rohis strives to maintain a balance between employees’ spiritual development and the company’s social contribution.
