B7 Fighter is an annual event with several sports & arts competitions that can be followed by all employees of PT Bintang Toedjoe. With the theme Miracle (meet up in race and competition to reach next level and get stronger), the B7Fighter 2024 event is a means or forum for PT Bintang Toedjoe employees to channel their hobbies and talents and hone their abilities. 

The sports branches in the B7 Fighter 2024 event include: basketball, table tennis, chess, futsal, badminton, karaoke, gymnastics creation, mobile legend and fun run. In addition, there are new leagues in the implementation of the B7 Fighter event this time, namely: Band, E-Sport PES (Pro Evolution Soccer) and Team Logo Design.

The B7Fighter Opening Ceremony at the Pulogadung Site was held on Monday, July 1, 2024 which was enlivened by a dance performance from the B7 Site Pulogadung production team, followed by remarks by the Chairman of the B7Fighter 2024 Committee, Mr. Rino Suryadinata. Then, the event continued with a management speech from the President Director of B7, Mrs. Fanny Kurniati. The opening ceremony was closed with a table tennis exhibition match between the Site Division Head of B7 Pulogadung, Mr. Hadi Suryo vs Mr. Rino. 

Meanwhile, for the Opening Ceremony held at the Cikarang site, the management speech was delivered by the Business Operation Director, Ms. Tuti Susilowati. This event was enlivened by a song performance sung by the Purchasing Supervisor of B7 Site Cikarang, Ms. Irene Nada and continued with a band performance from the B7 Site Cikarang Production team. The opening ceremony of B7Fighter 2024 at Site Cikarang was closed with the first match of Futsal sports between Production Site Cikarang vs WH-GA Site Cikarang.

Hopefully, with this event, employees are motivated to keep up the spirit of competition by upholding sportsmanship and getting to know each other across sites, so that later it can foster high engagement between fellow B7 employees and improve performance at work.
