Bintang Toedjoe Participated in the Launch of The House of Wellness Center for Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Packaging (BBKFK), Ministry of Industry, Republic of Indonesia
Bintang Toedjoe (B7) participated in the launch of the House of Wellness, Center for Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Packaging (BBKFK), Ministry of Industry, Republic of Indonesia. B7, represented by Mrs. Evanie Noer Putri and Mrs. Merlyn Wongso, was also present at the successful launching of the House of Wellness, BBKFK, on Tuesday, February 6, 2024. The launch was conducted by the Minister of Industry, Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita.
The House of Wellness is an initiative of the Ministry of Industry to support the policy of self-sufficiency in natural medicines. This facility supports the extraction, evaporation, formulation, and product packaging processes. The production facilities use the same machines as those in the natural medicine industries. The production facility can accommodate an input capacity for the extraction of 200 L, installed following the provisions of Good Traditional Medicine Manufacturing Practices (CPOB). Additionally, the production facility is equipped with a Quality Control (QC) laboratory and a product development laboratory (RND).
In line with B7's goal of developing natural medicines, the House of Wellness aims to achieve standardized processes and raw materials, encouraging health resilience through national medicine independence. This ensures that people can obtain medicines easily, affordably, wherever needed, and sustainably.
