Special Channel Development Officer


Lead the sales team to expand product distribution in the HORECA sector through the development of effective distribution strategies and sustainable partnerships. Responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring optimal channel performance through a data-driven approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, distribution, or channel management (preferably in the HORECA or FMCG sector).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience in market trend analysis and performance reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Lead and empower the direct sales team to strengthen product presence across Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés (HORECA).
- Develop and implement effective distribution strategies for both new and existing products.
- Build and sustain strong partnerships to ensure smooth and efficient product flow.
- Drive sales team productivity to ensure balanced coverage across all HORECA segments.

Responsible for designing and implementing effective digital activation strategies, from planning to post-campaign evaluation. Ensures all digital activities and events align with brand objectives, are budget-efficient, and deliver relevant and engaging content across various digital platforms.
Responsible for executing STP strategies to strengthen brand presence and grow brand equity. Ensures product availability and timely distribution based on branch needs. Oversees ATL campaigns with clear and creative messaging, executes BTL initiatives to enhance consumer engagement, and maintains brand documentation in accordance with company standards.
