Embarking on a Visionary Journey towards Net Zero Carbon Emission, PT Bintang Toedjoe and BPOM Unite to Cultivate Hope through the Mangrove Plantation Initiative

PT Bintang Toedjoe, in collaboration with the The Indonesian Food and Drug Authority or Indonesian FDA (BPOM), is working together to plant mangroves to drive the acceleration of implementing clean Net Zero Carbon Emissions. The initiative, officially launched by the Head of BPOM, Penny K. Lukito, at the Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) area in Jakarta on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, involved 8 associations with numerous companies, including PT Bintang Toedjoe.

As part of this effort, PT Bintang Toedjoe actively participated in mangrove planting, contributing a total of 200 mangrove trees, and committed to continuously contributing 100 trees each year. Mangrove plantation stands as tangible evidence of BPOM's commitment and stakeholders' dedication to supporting carbon emission reduction in Indonesia.
