“Sustainability for Life: Caring for Yourself, Caring for the Earth” – PT Bintang Toedjoe and Sukamahi Village Promote a Healthy and Eco-Friendly Lifestyle

Cikarang, September 30, 2025 – PT Bintang Toedjoe, in collaboration with the Sukamahi Village Government, held a community development program titled “Sustainability for Life: Caring for Yourself, Caring for the Earth” on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, in Sukamahi Village. This initiative serves as a concrete step to encourage the community to live a healthier lifestyle while preserving the environment.

The event began with welcoming remarks from Ms. Evanie Noer Putri, representing the management of PT Bintang Toedjoe, and Mr. Ada Andri, Head of Sukamahi Village. The program continued with three main training sessions conducted by resource persons from PT Bintang Toedjoe:

l   Clean and Healthy Living Behavior Training by Dr. Elizabeth Angelina

l   Waste Management Training by Mr. Singgih Joseph

l   Composting Training by Mr. Chandra

Participants also had the opportunity to join an interactive Q&A session and received special prizes for the most active attendees.

“Through this activity, we want to inspire the community to realize that small actions—such as maintaining personal health, managing waste, and processing compost—can have a significant positive impact on the planet. We hope these habits will continue to grow and become part of everyone’s daily lifestyle,” said Evanie Noer Putri, representing the management of PT Bintang Toedjoe.

In the same occasion, the Head of Sukamahi Village expressed his appreciation for this initiative, emphasizing that collaboration between corporations and the community plays an important role in building a healthier and more sustainable environment.

As a tangible form of support, PT Bintang Toedjoe also donated 50 kilograms of compost along with plants cultivated from the composting process to be utilized by local residents. The event concluded with a group photo session, symbolizing togetherness, care, and a shared commitment to protecting the Earth.
