As part of the B7 Quality Culture program in 2024, CAE (Culture Awareness Excellence) Department Support is carrying out various activities to support the strengthening of quality culture within the B7 environment. One of these activities is pilot project presentations, which serve as a forum for sharing improvements from related areas, particularly improvements to 5R and HSE that have been implemented in each area.

On Wednesday, June 25, 2025, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB), CAE Department Support held a Pilot Project Presentation in the 3rd Floor Auditorium of the Cikarang Site Office. This event provided a platform for sharing innovations from three main areas: QC, FD-PD-TS, and ANDEV.

This event was implemented as part of the pilot project area evaluation mechanism using the DELTA QCC (8 steps, 7 tools) approach. Each team was required to discuss their project with the program team (QS) before presenting. The event was also attended by Area Managers, 5R PICs, and relevant department staff to ensure each innovation was properly monitored through to the implementation stage.

This event not only facilitated presentations, but also served as a moment of appreciation by presenting an Award Ceremony for the winners of the BESTIE 5R and JOSS for the March-May 2025 period.
